So, spread the word about the "World s Greatest Scrapbooking Club!"</p> <p>We wanted to remind you of a new feature on our website. A few months ago we added a Preview feature that allows our members the opportunity to check out next month s pack before it s sent. The new pack will be available to view the last week of each month. After viewing the next month s pack, if you would like to receive it simply do nothing. If you d like to skip it, you can opt out of receiving that pack by either contacting customer service or by using your online account. This doesn t cancel your account; it just skips the next month s pack. It essentially puts your account on hold until the following month. This is a great way to preview the pack and save on return shipping costs if the products for that month aren t something you would use.</p> <p>Keep in mind; you will need to opt out by the last day of the month. Because we are now offering this Preview Before You Buy feature, if you receive your pack and decide to return it for a refund or exchange you are responsible for all return shipping costs. This also applies to members who mark Return to Sender on their pack and return it to us.</p> <p>We believe with this new feature we can save both you and StoryTellers Club substantial costs in shipping and packaging, and allow you to receive only the packs you want.</p> <p>The last seven days of the month you will see a Preview Next Month s Pack link on StoryTellers homepage and in your personal account. If you would like to opt out of receiving that month s pack, simply log-in to your account, click on "Preview Next Month s Pack," then click on the "Opt Out of This Pack" button. Chipboard is one of the most versatile scrapbooking products out there and can add some fun dimension to your pages. You can paint it, ink the edges, stamp on it, and cover it with paper or fabric, or whatever else you can think of! The possibilities are almost endless. It s used as lettering, embellishment, or even as the actual pages of a mini album. We even saw a darling bouquet of chipboard flowers recently. One thing to remember, if you decide to cover the chipboard with some of our wonderful pattern paper, don t forget to add some finishing touches. Using ink around the edges or even roughing up the edges with sand paper is a great way to give the finished product a distressed look. Adding other ribbons or embellishments to the finished product is always a good idea as well, so don t limit yourself. Alayna used the Sweet Memories theme from the March pack to create a super cute birthday collection. A wall hanging acts as a birthday decoration that can be used over and over, along with a can for "birthday wishes" for the birthday boy or girl. She s even thought of a way to add messages with a dry-erase marker to the project, along with a decorated frame to keep pictures of the special day. Well, so did we. So after doing a little research, here s what we found out: </p> <p>The Easter Bunny originated in Southwest Germany during the 1600s, and was introduced into America by German settlers. No one really knows how the Easter Bunny came about, but many attribute it to pre-Christian fertility lore. Those who have been around for awhile know how much fun this is! National Scrapbooking Day is held during the month of May. In honor of that, we celebrate all month long. Each day a new challenge is posted. We also have a big party the weekend of National Scrapbooking Day and throw in a few fun games throughout the month. Every day also brings a new prize, so come on over starting May 1<sup>st</sup> and join in the fun!</p> <p>Each week we have a new contest in the <a href="http://forum.storytellersclub.com/forum.asp?FORUM_ID=21" target="_blank">contest forum.</a> We have a great time, give out great prizes each week, and it's a good excuse to get some scrapping done.
