I know the first day of spring is officially in March, but, for me it never really seems like spring until April. Now I m just waiting for our weather to catch up with the calendar. I don t know about you, but we re still getting snow storms once in awhile. It s even snowing as I m writing this. UGGH! I can t wait for the warmer weather. The best thing about spring is the renewal, warmth and transformation that takes place outside. And, let s not forget that spring means summer is coming up next. Yea! The worst thing about spring is the tradition that says it s time to do some deep cleaning around the house. Who came up with that idea anyway? But I must admit, my craft room really needs some help& ..it s a disaster! So... while you re cleaning out your freezer, shaking out your rugs and washing windows, take some time to have a little fun and do something you enjoy. Scrapbook a little (You could even scrapbook your spring cleaning.), take a walk and enjoy the weather, or if you ve got weather like me you could go skiing! You could take a break and have some fun with the monthly Creative Workshop. I love Alayna s cute topiary and address book. Be sure to check them out. Pam, Carol, Connie, Holly and Wendi! Congratulations! We re looking forward to working with you. Carol, Holly and Wendi will be working mostly with the kits and coming up with great ideas to share with all of us. The March and April projects are the perfect thing to add a crafty touch of spring to your home décor, and I love the Address book! It s something you ll definitely get some good use out of and look good doing it too. You may find all sorts of supplies while doing that spring cleaning, and we ve got some great ideas to show you how to use them.
