I'm really excited about this month's project! Do you want to know why? Because it accomplishes TWO holiday traditions in ONE project...love that! On one side of the magnet board, you'll find the "13 Days of Halloween" and on the other side is a "Thankful Tree" for the month of November. You can fill the little Halloween tins with treats, or fun fall activities to help you countdown the days until Halloween. Then flip your magnet board to the other side and you'll find a "Thankful Tree" for you and your family to remember all that you are thankful for. Add a tin for every member of your family, and ask them to jot down or draw pictures of things they are thankful for on the little circles (in the pocket at the right). Have them add the circles to their tins. After Thanksgiving, allow each family member to place their "thankful tins" somewhere special to remind them of their blessings throughout the upcoming year! I hope you have as much fun with this project as I did!
