What are my obligations?
|
For many people, None! That's one of the great things about StoryTellers. If for
any reason you wish to stop receiving StoryTellers Packs,
contact us or log into your account and make the necessary changes.
At times, we may offer promotions that require an obligation. To check your account
for information on obligations you've agreed to, please
login your account or contact Customer
Service.

Can I see next month's pack before it's sent out?
|
|
Yes! The last 7 days of the month you will be able to preview the next month's pack.
You'll find pictures of the new pack on our Home Page. If you decide you don't want
to receive the pack, simply log-in to your account or
contact us prior to the last day
of the month and we'll put your account on hold. Please note, any calls or e-mails
that are received on the last business day of the month after 5:00 p.m. Mountain
Standard Time may not be answered before billing.
To opt out of a pack online, log-in to your account and choose "Preview 'Next Month's'
Pack". A preview of the next month's pack will come up. After previewing the pack,
click on the "Opt Out" button below the preview button. A message will come up confirming
that you have chosen to opt out of the pack. Once again, please make sure
that this is done before the last day of the month as our automated billing system
will bill on the 1st day of the month as our billing system will bill on the 1st
day of the month.
You may skip up to 3 packs per year.

What if I get a Pack I don't like or can't use?
|
|
As long as you remain a member of StoryTeller's Club, you can return anything you don't like or can't use for a refund or exchange of existing products. Anything you have received within the last month can be returned and we will credit your card for the price of the products returned less S&H. You can send products back for an exchange at any time. If you would like to return your pack to us, we would encourage you to choose a method that will offer you a tracking number in the event that your package is lost in shipping. Please do not write “Refused”, “Return to Sender”, or any other similar message on your pack to ship it back to us. We will not receive it and will not be able to issue a credit or exchange.

Is my information secure?

Of course! We value your privacy and know you do too. We have implemented the latest
security technology to protect your private information. For those techies out there,
our site is 128 bit SSL Encrypted.

How do I update or change my account information?
|
|
You can login to your
online account at any time and make the necessary changes, or
contact us for assistance.

How does billing work?
|
|
We'll charge your debit or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)
each month. We charge monthly for your convenience, instead of paying up front for
months ahead of time.

When do you charge my card?
|
|
Our customer's cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express) are charged
each month between the 1st and 5th. You pay monthly as you go along. You will receive
an email confirmation of charges to your account.

When and how is my Seasonal Product Pack shipped?
|
|
Your pack will ship two to four business days after billing is completed through
FedEx Smart Post and your local U.S. Post Office. Please expect 3-5 business days
for delivery after shipment (Total shipping time, 8-12 business days).

How are products packaged for shipping?
|
|
Your StoryTellers Packs are shipped our popular 13x13" Project Folder. These folders
are very sturdy, durable, water resistant and provide a great view of the products
inside. These folders are made for scrapbooking, are safe for all your products
and have a handy divider/work mat inside.

What are the costs of StoryTellers Packs?
|
|
We offer Scrapbook Packs at 50% less than you would find comparable products in
retail stores. The price of each pack is just $19.95 for Basic Pack or $26.95 for
the Ultimate Pack. You pay an additional $6.00 for shipping and handling. (Utah
residents pay additional sales tax of 6%)

Can I buy earlier packs?
|
|
Yes you can. Prior packs are available to StoryTellers members as long as supplies
last. Keep in mind they don't last long. We print a limited supply of each product,
so packs are limited. Just contact us
with your request and we'll help you out.

How do I cancel my membership?
|
|
Please Contact Us before the 1st
of the month in order to be cancelled for that month's billing. Please include your
name, phone number, zip code, and the reason you wish to cancel. Before canceling
please review your account and verify that you have fulfilled the necessary obligations
if you participated in any of our promotions.
